These Terms & Conditions (āTermsā) govern your access to and use of the AutoKart website, mobile application, m-site, and all related services (collectively, the āPlatformā). The Platform is owned and operated by AutoKart (āweā, āourā, āusā).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, including but not limited to purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Use of the Platform is available only to persons who are capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

AutoKart strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information. However, errors may occur. AutoKart reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to a product will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. AutoKart reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payments must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform. AutoKart uses secure third-party payment gateways and does not store sensitive payment information such as card details.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics partners, and unforeseen circumstances. AutoKart shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
Orders may be cancelled by the user before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the Return & Refund Policy shall apply.
AutoKart reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues. In such cases, a full refund shall be processed.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by AutoKartās Return & Refund Policy available on the Platform. Users are advised to review the policy before placing an order.
All content on the Platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design elements, are the property of AutoKart or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from AutoKart.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. AutoKart does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoKart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoKart, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
AutoKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive behavior.
AutoKart shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
AutoKart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised āLast Updatedā date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
